Avadhutbaal Techno Ceramics was established in the year 1992, by a Technocrat for the manufacture of specialized tailor made Technical Ceramics. A number of Avadhutbaal Tecno products are superior import substitutes in both technical and commercial parameters. Many of our products are exclusively manufactured for industrial use for both domestics and international markets and we are proud to say that a number of industrial houses in the country and elsewhere have opted for Avadhutbaal Techno products in place of products offered by others.

All the raw materials are periodically tested for the required quality parameters before procuring from the established vendors. On receipt of the raw materials, routine quality tests are carried out before using any material in batch formulation. The starting material (filter cakes) goes for different types of productions: A) Dry Pressing, B) Semi-dry Pressing, C) Vacuum Extrusion and D) Slip Casting. The formed components are dried, finished and in many cases machined.
At every stage of production, Quality Control measures are strictly followed such as: Accepted raw materials are mixed in definate proportions and ground in the ball mills. Before discharging the Ball Mill, the slurry is tested for the required fineness. The slurry is stored in underground blunger and filter cakes are taken out which may be termed as Starting Material.
Next stage is firing/backing in Tunnel Furnace/Shuttle Furnace depending on the material characteristics. The fired products are 100% inspected for quality, dimension and any other routine test required. The inspected components are either packed or further machined to close tolerance of +/- 0.01 mm before final packing.

Avadhutbaal Techno has the motto for total quality. Every input material be it raw material or stores are checked for standard quality before being put into use. Every ATC persons are motivated for the quality level they are trained to maintain.
Normal quality measures are : 1) Input material check, 2) Every stage of procedure is tested and compared with ATC standard, 3) Final procedure are inspected for each & every required parameter, e.g. dimension check, check for physical properties, Porosity, Bulk density, Compression strength, Bursting strength are routinely carried out.
Chemical & Electrical parameters are checked by recognised test house, C.G.C.R.I or ERDA once in 6 months and in case of any discripeaces are rechecked till standard results are observed.
